SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

How It Works

*COVID-19 DISCLAIMER* - Please ensure you allow 5-7 working days for your orders to be dispatched. DHL & The Royal Mail are working strenuously to ensure all your orders are with you in due course. We apologise sincerely for any delay.

All orders are dispatched through royal mail second class, and tracking is provided.

RETURNS POLICY 

You need to return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them, alongside any free gifts and promotions from us. We can also offer a refund for any faulty items, all other items will be issued with store credit. Once we have received your return, we aim to issue a refund within 30 days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS AT TOMMY'S TACK

PRICING & AVAILABILTY - 
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time of your order being placed, or when your order is confirmed. All prices are in GBP, and whilst we try and ensure all prices on our website are correct, mistakes do happen. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you immediately, and give you the option of processing your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel, and payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund. 
All products offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw at any time. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason, we will contact you immediately, and you will not be charged the items purchased. 
We aim to hold stock for all our active products, but if we are out of stock for your chosen item, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (Subject to availability) 
We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

CARD SECURITY - 

Our site uses the most secure methods of payment, and no card details are stored anywhere on our websites or premises.

GOODS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT - 

When you sign for your delivery, you must check you are recieving the correct number of parcels, and ensure you make a note of any damage to the parcels, on the consignment note. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
